WWF-Thailand launches FLR349 funding model

Pilot Food Waste Management Training for Hotels
In celebration of the United Nations’ Sustainable Gastronomy Day, which emphasizes the role of gastronomy in ensuring sustainable food production and consumption, WWF-Philippines conducted its first Food Waste Management Training for hotels on June 18, 2018 in Taal Vista Hotel, Tagaytay City.
SCP Consumer Survey
A research study on understanding consumers’ perception and behavior towards Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) was conducted as part of the Thai component of the SCP project. The main objective of the research was to gain in-depth understanding of and insight in consumer perception and behavior towards SCP in order to design communication plans and campaigning for promoting SCP in Thailand.
Acceptance of environmentally friendly products in Indonesia
In June and July 2017, the project commissioned Nielsen Company to conduct a consumer survey in Indonesia to assess the awareness on sustainability issues and willingness to purchase environmentally sound products.
