CASE STUDIES
The case studies aim to summarize the core elements of the project components and include not only the specific strategies pursued, but also a special look at the tools and lessons learned. As such, they are of use to similar projects in the field of food systems.
The exchange of knowledge and experience is critical if we are to tackle the highly interconnected challenges in our food systems at the scale and pace required.
